The Brand’s Five Senses

This branding project, created for Santander’s high-value clients, was a great opportunity for us to make sensory experiences for the brand. The project encompassed the look and feel, architecture, ambience, furniture, and the branches’ communications, as well as bank checks and credit cards.

At the branches, clients had auditory, gustatory and olfactory experiences, which contributed towards a unique delivery. This project, made in Brazil, will now be taken to other countries where Santander will address this niche public.
